01 Overview
Dynamic Predictions LLC (“Dynamic Predictions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use and safeguard it, and the choices you have. It also sets out the intellectual-property rights governing our predictions, methodology, and content, and the conduct we prohibit to protect those rights.

02 Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — your name, username, email address, and password (stored in encrypted/hashed form).
- Contact details — information you submit via SMS, email, phone calls, or online forms.
- Subscription & payment data — your plan, billing status, and transaction records. Card details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers (see “Payments & Billing”).
- Usage information — basic technical data such as activity within your account, used to operate and secure the service.
03 How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services;
- Process payments and manage subscriptions;
- Send you service-related and, where you have opted in, promotional communications;
- Respond to your requests and provide customer support;
- Protect the security and integrity of our platform and detect misuse or unauthorized access.
04 SMS / Text Messaging & Consent
You may opt in to receive communications by submitting your information. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message.

05 Payments & Billing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. When you make a purchase, your payment-card information is collected and processed directly by Stripe under its own privacy policy and security standards. Dynamic Predictions does not receive or store your full card number.
We retain records of your transactions (such as plan, amount, date, and a receipt) for accounting, support, and legal purposes. You can review Stripe’s privacy practices at stripe.com.
07 Data Storage & Security
We store your data securely and use it only for legitimate business and communication purposes. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encryption of sensitive credentials and restricted access — to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08 Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or update your personal information;
- Request deletion of your account and associated data;
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time;
- Withdraw SMS consent by replying STOP.

09 Intellectual Property Rights
All content made available through Dynamic Predictions — including but not limited to our predictions, forecasts, numbers, combinations, analyses, methodologies, models, the EFV method, strategy materials, text, graphics, logos, designs, and software(collectively, the “Proprietary Content”) — is the exclusive property of Dynamic Predictions LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and other intellectual-property laws.
Our predictions and the methods used to generate them constitute valuable proprietary work product and trade secrets. Nothing in this policy or your use of the service transfers any ownership of the Proprietary Content to you.
10 Limited License to Subscribers
Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Proprietary Content solely for your own personal, non-commercial use during your active subscription period.
This is a license, not a sale. The Proprietary Content is licensed, not sold to you, and we reserve all rights not expressly granted.
11 Prohibited Conduct & Anti-Theft
To protect our Proprietary Content, you agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:
- Copy, reproduce, screenshot, record, republish, distribute, broadcast, or publicly display any predictions or Proprietary Content;
- Sell, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, share, or otherwise monetize or redistribute the Proprietary Content to any third party;
- Share your account credentials, or provide access to your subscription, to any other person;
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror, or use bots, automated scripts, or data-extraction tools to collect predictions or content;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive our methodology, models, or the source code of our software;
- Create derivative works from, or aggregate, our predictions or Proprietary Content;
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice.
12 Enforcement & Remedies
We actively monitor for unauthorized use and vigorously protect our intellectual property. If you violate these terms, we may, without limiting any other remedy available to us:
- Immediately suspend or terminate your account without refund;
- Seek injunctive relief to stop the unauthorized use or distribution;
- Pursue monetary damages, including statutory damages for copyright infringement and any profits derived from the misuse;
- Recover our reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs to the fullest extent permitted by law;
- Report unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities.
These terms and your use of the service are governed by the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
13 No Guarantee Disclaimer
Our predictions are provided for informational and entertainment purposes and are based on statistical analysis and probability. They are not guarantees of any outcome. Lottery and similar games involve inherent randomness and risk. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, and you should never wager more than you can afford to lose. Dynamic Predictions is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the predictions.
14 Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may be communicated through the service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
